Worked with Mel for a check engine light on my dodge charger, he was able to diagnose and repair the faulty sensor. I dropped the vehicle off with out notice and he was very accommodating by taking it in for the repair. I would recommend making an appointment first. Mel was courteous and kept me informed with the repairs that needed to be completed. I will be definitely returning to his shop for any other issues or repairs that need to be completed. Thank you for the great service!

Briganti’s Automotive is ‘the place’ to go for all your automotive needs! Mel (owner), was sensitive to understanding our precise needs, including the sense of urgency. He is kind, polite, respectful, and absolutely a straight- shooter! The quality of his services top-notch and no-nonsense— meaning a high quality assessment and fast turn-around in servicing of our Audi! We have been a customer of Briganti’s over 10 years and have always been absolutely delighted! We give Mel ‘5’ stars, but would give more if we were able! We highly recommend if you want honest quality, and fast work!!

This car was towed in yesterday it is a 2022 Hyundai with 166000 miles on it. The customer said the oil has not been changed for 40k.This is what happens when you don't change your oil and use cheap oil. Unfortunately, the motor needs to be replaced.

I had such a great experience with Mel. I brought my car in, and instead of rushing or upselling me, he took it for a drive, explained exactly what was going on, and honestly told me it was better to wait before doing any major repairs.

What really stood out to me was how safe and comfortable he made me feel - especially as a woman going to a mechanic. He never made me feel dumb, was super respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Mel is genuinely a really nice guy and very trustworthy. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

One of the biggest issues we face is people that ignore there check engine light pictue #1 is a exhaust manifold as you can see it has a crack in it picture #2 is the Oxygen Sensor this is melted because of the car having an exhaust leak. Picture #3 new Exhaust manifold. Picture #4 new Oxygen sensor. The moral of the story Don't ignore check engine light.
