Eligibility
All employees are welcome to participate. The entry fee is $10.00 and includes one pumpkin. Funds raised will benefit Helen Devos Children’s Hospital.
Participation is voluntary and entries must be completed individually.
Pumpkin Requirements
Pumpkins may be picked up from HR for decorating.
Pumpkins may be painted, decorated, dressed up, accessorized, or carved.
Decorations can include paint, fabric, craft supplies, props, lights, and other creative materials.
All entries must be workplace appropriate. Entries containing offensive, discriminatory, political, sexually suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be eligible for judging.
Submission Deadline
Completed pumpkins must be submitted or displayed by the following deadline:

Time: during your shift
Location: Turn into to office or to your supervisor to be picked up by Theresa.
Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

👻 Overall Appearance / Wow Factor
🍁 Fall/Halloween Spirit
Voting and Judging
Winners will be selected by employee vote!
Voting will take place from 10/26/26 through 10/29/26. Winners to be announced 10/30.
Employees may vote by purchasing tickets for $1.00 each. Employees may not vote for their own entry.
In the event of a tie, a designated tiebreaker, Josh Skeen, will make the final decision.
