The energy continued Tuesday at the IMPACT Conference as the full network of distributors and suppliers united for the General Session. For the first time, both groups attended the session together, creating a strong sense of connection and collaboration from the moment they walked in. The day continued with some of the conference's signature experiences, including the 1:1 Meetings, Trade Show, and Women in Business Reception, creating even more opportunities to connect, share insights, and strengthen partnerships.

At Monday's high-energy Distributor Welcome Session, Kyle Scheele challenged VIPAR Heavy Duty IMPACT Conference attendees to become “idea people” by giving unconventional ideas a genuine chance rather than dismissing them too quickly. Through humorous stories from his own entrepreneurial and creative pursuits — including launching a T-shirt business in high school, finding an inventive way to reach a major retailer, building a following on TikTok, publishing children’s books, and creating a virtual marathon — Scheele demonstrated how bold ideas can generate unexpected opportunities and meaningful impact.

Kyle's inspiring message was that progress often comes from those willing to challenge conventional thinking, take calculated risks, and give promising ideas a chance to grow. It firmly set the tone for keeping an open mind to new ideas and laid the foundation for the busy week ahead.
