Good Morning from the project site! We are currently working on 320 acres that is getting converted into 1 acre lots, all connected to city water and sewer. The contractors are out here grading the roads!

This is the biggest project Youngs has done yet! That’s 238 families on 1 acre lots that will have a place to call home with land of their own. I will be out here keeping things moving and posting updates as the lots take shape.
