C5 corvette t56 Came in for a repair. I prefer to blast and tumble everything aluminum, but this was done on a budget and just a strict repair. Main shaft and 5/6 were stripped out. (Common issue). All fixed and ready to return to service!

We repair, and rebuild mild to wild.

Dropped off this NV 3500 on my way to get this C5 corvette t56

Lost 5th and 6th.

Common issue over time. Main shaft and driven 5/6 gear is junk. Time to blow it all apart and clean it up!

Is your manual transmission making noise? Probably best to take a look before it’s too late.

Nv3500/ Getrag 290 isn’t in the best shape. Shift rail worn out ( no replacement part made) and all sliders engagement teeth rounded off, causing it to not stay in gear. Inside of case shows damage from previous destruction.
