A coworker recommended Precision Auto of Hilton Head to me after being involved in my first ever accident. My insurance company did not want work done until an adjuster could view the damage. I was able to leave my vehicle at the shop and they accommodated the adjuster and explained the process to me beforehand since I'd never been through a claim before. Scott Ciccarelli, who manages the front desk, was very through and kept me up to date every step of the way. When it turned out he was going to need to order parts with a couple days' lead time, Scott made my car drivable again (by bending out a dent in the fender panel that was preventing the passenger's side door from opening so I wouldn't be without it for the weekend plus a couple business days that it took for the parts to come in. When parts arrived, I dropped the car off the evening before work was to begin (having left the spare key with Scott on our initial visit.) The work was done PERFECTLY! It was like it had never happened. It did take a good 5 days of work, but I can see why. Scott and his staff do impeccable work. Thank you.
