IT'S ON!!! Buckeye Hills Mx & The Octane Outlet are proud to be hosting the next round of racing for the Buckeye series Sept 4th&5th. Mark your calendars and be ready to race. Our track is unlike any others and will provide a great weekend of racing and great for spectating. Details and times will follow but spread the word and be ready. Buckeye Hills MX race update for July 20th & 21st: We have been talking with Scott and Rick this morning and have collectively made the decision to postpone our race due to the projected 100+ degree heat index. Rider and spectator safety with this heat is the most important part of this decision. We also believe that with all our water tanks and our water trucks it would be next to impossible to keep enough moisture down to make for safe and rideable condition for racing. This is really disappointing to us as our team has spent countless hours and money to bring the track back to race ready condition. And trust me, the track is ready.. Some may not agree with this decision, but rest assured we are working with Race OHio MX to reschedule. NO THIS RACE WILL NOT BE GOING TO ANY OTHER TRACK... Please help in spreading the word to fellow racers and DM if you have any questions. We hope everyone has a safe weekend and we will update with any changes.

Buckeye Hills Update: We have made the call to move our buckeye series round to East Fork MX for this weekend. We have been keeping the property maintained and really looked forward to being ready for weekend, however with the amount of rain we have received lately and expecting more tomorrow we just don’t see having the track cleaned up and ready for the weekend. Let’s be honest, The elevation is what really makes our track stand out but is also our Achilles heal. When the track gets as much water as we’ve gotten you really can’t do much till it dries out. Trust us we tried before, sliding sideways on a dozer is not fun and not much gets accomplished. Scott Plessinger has done a ton of work at East Fork this year to help with drainage so he can dry out quick and still open up after weather comes thru. Please help spread the word for this weekends changes and check East Forks pages for the schedule of events. Thank you and we’ll keep you posted with any updates.

RACE UPDATE 10/8/17:Sorry to say but we got hit with a steady overnight rain and it looks like more rain moving in. Today's Buckeye series race is CANCELLED for today. Please help in spreading the word and check back for any updates. Thank you all that came out to practice.

We are still a go for tomorrow. SPREAD THE WORD. Forecast says rain for four hours tonight then holding off till afternoon. Don't stress, the track can handle the rain and it will shape up. Don't miss out on what could be the last time to rip Buckeye Hills this year. See everyone on the hill.
