Immediately following the parade, head over to Bridle Ridge Acres for our Community Christmas at the Farm!

We are excited to welcome Performance 21 Physical Therapy with the Ribbon Cutting on November 4th at noon! Stop in and check out this amazing business and wish them well! ✂️

Who's excited for our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House?! We are so excited to see you and show you our new location! This is your chance to tour the center, take a picture at our photobooth, meet the team, and enjoy refreshments. We will see you all next Wednesday, November 4th.

Networking with Neighbors, Building Connections & Strengthening Communities!

What a wonderful afternoon of great food, new friendships, and community connections!

Today, the Hillsboro and De Soto Chambers of Commerce came together for our Networking with Neighbors luncheon at LaChance in Hillsboro! We had approximately 50 people in attendance, including several special guests who joined us for an afternoon of networking!

🍗 LaChance treated us to a delicious fried chicken dinner, and as always, their hospitality was wonderful!

🎭 Our guest speaker was Spotlight Community Theatre, and what an inspiring story they shared! We enjoyed hearing about their vision to bring community theatre to Jefferson County and the dedication, hard work, and steps they've taken to bring that dream to life!

Spotlight Community Theatre has created wonderful opportunities for people of all ages to experience and participate in the performing arts. From bringing people together on stage to entertaining audiences throughout our community, they are making a difference right here in Jefferson County!

If you haven't seen one of their shows yet, you are missing out! Be sure to check out an upcoming performance and support this amazing local organization!

Of course, we had to have a little fun with some giveaways! We also learned what everyone’s favorite Halloween Candy is! Most people agreed it was some form of chocolate, fruity and gummy candy was a close runner up. We still say Candy corn is last..😆 Several lucky attendees went home with some great prizes, including:
-A LaChance gift card
-A bottle of LaChance w**e
-Two tickets to a Spotlight Community Theatre performance
-A jar of delicious honey from Sandy Valley Honey Company!

One of the best parts of today's luncheon was getting to spend time with our neighbors from De Soto, reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new people, and making new friends and acquaintances along the way!

That's what Networking with Neighbors is all about! Bringing our communities together, building relationships, supporting local businesses and organizations, and reminding ourselves that we can accomplish so much more when we work together! A huge THANK YOU to LaChance for hosting us and preparing a wonderful meal, Spotlight Community Theatre for sharing their inspiring journey and offering two tickets to a lucky winner, Sandy Valley Honey Company for being part of our giveaways, and everyone who took time out of their busy day to join us!
