⭐ Employee Spotlight: Michael Curtis

If you've been around Crescent Ford for a while, there's a pretty good chance you know Michael Curtis!

Michael joined the Crescent Ford family in 1993 and has spent the last 33 years working in special finance and sales. Needless to say, he's seen the car business change quite a bit. 😂

When Michael started, customers found vehicles in the newspaper. Today, they can research, compare, shop and communicate with us without ever leaving the couch. And the vehicles themselves? The technology has changed more than he probably could've imagined back in 1993.

But Michael says one thing hasn't changed at Crescent Ford: the importance of taking care of customers and earning their repeat business.

One of the coolest parts of being here this long is getting to watch families grow. Michael has worked with multiple generations of the same families—customers who came to Crescent years ago and now have children (and even grandchildren!) coming back to see us.

When he's not at Crescent, you'll probably find Michael watching basketball or football or spending time with his family. He's a Duke fan, pulls for the Carolina Panthers, and LeBron James is his favorite NBA player. 🏀🏈

33 years. Countless vehicles. Generations of customers.

We're pretty lucky to have Michael as part of the Crescent Ford story. 💙
