A huge thank you is in order to Ally for sponsoring and celebrating our TIME Dealer of the Year Award!🏆

Not only did ally throw us an amazing party a few weeks ago to celebrate, but they also included TWO donations! The first donation was an $11,000 check, given to a charity of Dave's choosing. The second donation was for $5,000, given to a charity selected by Bruce Anderson, President of Iowa Automobile Dealers Association.

Both Dave and Bruce selected the lowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education, to continue providing scholarships and support for those in automotive education.

We can't thank ally enough for their generosity and support!

Our Impact Award Winner for October is…

Blane Wilson, Sales Consultant & 4 TIME WINNER- the most in company history!!

Blane was nominated for recreating templates to help our sales team, for figuring out how to get reimbursed from a system we use, for doing 1-on-1s with fellow sales teammates to help them get better, and for training teammates on our internet process!!

Cold weather will be here before we know it!❄ However, we have a major need for children's coats in our community.

We're proud to be a drop-off location for Coats for Kids through KCRG Show You Care! We're accepting new or gently used coats at the front door of both showrooms!

Any donation is a huge help! Let's come together and keep our kids warm this winter!☃

Reilly Duke, Receptionist!

Reilly was nominated and recognized by two separate guests! The first guest nominated Reilly for knowing who they were when they showed up, being organized and prepared for them when they walked in, and introducing them to the finance team when their salesperson was tied up with another guest. The 2nd guest nomination was for showing initiative to solve their problem right away when she could have just let someone else handle it, but it would have taken longer.

Reilly was also nominated by fellow teammates for helping out on some Saturdays, and keeping the sales team organized, especially during our busy times!
