Eventually... you drive by just to see if your car has even moved 😂

But when you bring your car to a shop, you're basically handing someone else your keys...

And you can't really verify most of what you're being told:

- The problem actually exists
- It's as serious as they're saying
- The recommendation make sense
- The price makes sense
- The repair actually needs to be done.

That's a hell of a lot of trust to put into somebody 😬

We're not expecting you to know cars.

And we're certainly not expecting you to just nod your head because we're the ones wearing the uniforms.

Our job is to explain what's going on so you can decide what makes sense for you.

Because trusting your repair shop shouldn't mean blindly agreeing with everything they say.

Kinda like when your Mercedes suddenly gives you a reason to worry.
