But it's the things that don't go according to plan that tend to get a little quieter.

Nobody's bragging about their car breaking down.

Or that it picked the worst possible time.

But those things happen to all of us.

There's a difference between a hunch...
And knowing.

In fact, most of our repairs begin with a hunch

That's what nearly 15 years of fixing Mercedes, BMW, and MINI will give you.

But it doesn't matter how confident we are about something.

Until we actually prove it!

Sometimes that means testing something again.

Maybe getting another technician's eyes on it.

Going back to the beginning because something just doesn't add up.

The customer will spend more money, sure...

But hey — everything's covered.
..That's one way to go about it.

There's a difference between throwing every possible recommendation at a customer and actually evaluating their specific car.

Around here, that means figuring out...

What matters now.

What can wait.

And what doesn't need to be done at all.

There's a technical side to what we do.

Diagnosis.
Measurement.
Experience.
The right tools.

That's what fixes the car.

But none of that tells us what this repair means to you 🫵

Maybe you need the car back tomorrow.

Maybe the repair wasn't something you planned on spending money on.
