Attention all campers! The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be having shoulder season camping at all Harry S. Truman Dam & Reservoir operated camping facilities from March 1 through April 14, 2026 with limited amenities available. Harry S. Truman Dam & Reservoir will require reservations for shoulder season. Reservations must be made through recreation.gov, the rec.gov mobile app, or by calling 877-444-6777. Cash and check payments will no longer be accepted for campsites. Reservations may be made six months in advance to same day for all individual campsites through recreation.gov.

-Sites will be $14/night except full hook-up sites which are $24/night.
- Senior and access passes are valid for half price camping.
-No park attendants will be available.
-Waterborne facilities (flush toilets, shower buildings) will be closed.
- Vault toilets and some frost-free hydrants will be available.

Courtesy docks will be put back in place March 1st. Please pay your day use fees using the fee machines at the boat ramp parking lot or display your annual passes in your vehicle.
