When you're already working 7 days a week to keep up and you shut down for a day it can really throw things out of wack, we're blessed to be so busy and very grateful to you our customers for allowing us the opportunity to do the repairs to your vehicle, thank you to our customers that know our current situation with my mother, I understand it is an inconvenience to you as well, we hate not being able to get your vehicle back to you in the time frame we discussed, thank you for your understanding, we appreciate you more than you can imagine.

Please stop using Armor All products! Meguiar's products are much better and body shop friendly, silicone is a disaster in a body shop, Armor All is silicone, your body shop has to decontaminate your vehicle before any paint work can be done, this takes time, time we don't get paid for, silicone is like cancer, its damn near impossible to remove all of it, and in the removal process it can spread, this causes fisheye in the paint and that's a nightmare for the painter, check out Meguiar's products, you won't be disappointed and neither will your repair facility.

Claims rep, have you heard this title before? This is the person your insurance company hires to look over the repair facilities estimates, they get paid to locate parts for your vehicle at a lesser price, this lesser price comes with a huge cost to the customer and the shop, most shops can have almost anything delivered in 24hrs from LKQ if it's in stock, but if the insurance company can save a few dollars, that's all that matters to them, they'll locate parts coming from California, if the part is wrong or defective, and it took a week to recieve them, that week was a waste, I'm sure I'm not the only shop that eats a few bucks here and there, but that's pretty much what a claims rep does.

Please talk to your bodyshop before buying any of these ceramic spray products and snake oils for your vehicle, these products have silicone in them, now your bodyshop has to remove all this contamination from your vehicle before repairing, silicone and paint don't play well with each other, urethane clearcoats DO NOT need this, if you want your clearcoat to shine again and truly remove scratches there isn't a magical formula, take it to a detail shop if not your bodyshop and have it buffed, your bodyshop will appreciate you for this.
