🙏As most of you know Nick has been in the ICU for the past 13 days in a medical induced coma and placed on a ventilator and yesterday he was finally breathing well enough to come off the ventilator! He will hopefully be able to be moved to a lower level of care once he’s able to eat or drink again (speech therapy needs to clear him)

❤️He has a very long road ahead before he is strong enough to come home(rehab etc) Thank you for the calls, messages and prayers they have all kept our spirits up and I know that God heard you! He is still here❤️

Update on Nick:

We want to express our sincere gratitude for the continued prayers, calls, texts, and well-wishes for Nick. Nick is currently in the ICU at Henderson Hospital being treated for pneumonia. He is receiving outstanding care from an incredible team of doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and wound care staff. Our current hope and prayer is to have him fully off ventilator support this week. Thank you all for your ongoing support and kindness during this time. Until then his girls are patiently waiting for him to come home❤️ We trust you God and know that you are so so good!

Today, we pause to reflect on the weight of the cross and the depth of a love that defies human logic. It’s a day that is “Good” not because of the suffering he went through , but because of the grace it poured out for all of us. How amazing is it that we have a God who doesn’t just watch our struggles from a distance but he stepped into our broken World. Because of this we will never have to walk alone. Thank you God❤️✝️
