🏆 A MOMENT OF GRATITUDE FROM B RAY’S MECHANIC SERVICE ❤️

I’m not really sure if this is something to brag about, or even something that most people would consider a big accomplishment, but to me, it means more than some may realize.

We recently found out that B RAY’S Mechanic Service was ranked #1 among auto repair shops in Henderson, Tennessee, by BusinessRate.com for October 2026, with a benchmark score of 275 out of 300.

Now, I know rankings don’t tell the whole story. A number on a website doesn’t define who we are, the quality of our work, or the relationships we’ve built. But seeing our little shop sitting at the top of that list made me stop and think about just how far we’ve come.

There have been days I’ve questioned myself, days I’ve wondered if all the long hours, sacrifices, headaches, and stress were worth it. Owning a small business isn’t always what people imagine. There are struggles behind the scenes that most people will never see.

But then something like this comes along, and it reminds me why we started.

We aren’t perfect. We’ve made mistakes, we’ve had setbacks, and we still have plenty of room to grow. But one thing I can promise is that we genuinely care about the people who trust us with their vehicles and their hard-earned money.

To every customer who has walked through our doors, given us a chance, recommended us to a friend, left us a review, or simply believed in what we’re trying to build — THANK YOU.

To my crew, thank you for showing up, putting in the work, and helping turn a vision into something real. None of this happens without you.

And to the other shops in our community, I have nothing but respect. I know firsthand what it takes to keep the doors open and make an honest living in this industry. This isn’t about being better than anybody else. It’s about being thankful that our hard work is being recognized.

I don’t know what the future holds for B RAY’S, but I do know we’re going to keep showing up, keep learning, keep improving, and keep doing our best to earn the trust of this community.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Henderson and all of West Tennessee, for supporting this small business and allowing us to continue doing what we love.

WITHOUT U, THERE IS NO US. ❤️🔧

🚨🔥 THE MOST CONTROVERSIAL VEHICLE SERVICE IN OUR AREA… TRANSMISSION FLUSHES! 🔥🚨

💥 DO TRANSMISSION FLUSHES REALLY DESTROY TRANSMISSIONS? OR IS THAT JUST ONE OF THE BIGGEST MYTHS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY?

We’ve all heard it…

🗣️ “Never flush a transmission with high mileage!”

🗣️ “A transmission flush will make your transmission slip!”

🗣️ “If it ain’t broke, don’t touch the fluid!”

🗣️ “My transmission went out right after I had it flushed!”

Well, B RAY’S is getting ready to tackle one of the most debated services in the automotive repair industry! 🔧

🎥 WE’RE SHOOTING A VIDEO TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!

We’re going to break down:

✅ The difference between a transmission flush and a drain-and-fill.

✅ Why some transmissions fail shortly after being serviced.

✅ When a transmission flush is beneficial — and when it should NOT be performed.

✅ How transmission fluid actually works.

✅ What products like BG Quick Clean and BG ATC Plus are designed to do.

✅ Why properly inspecting and evaluating a transmission BEFORE servicing it matters.

We’re not here to sell you something your vehicle doesn’t need. We’re here to EDUCATE our customers, explain the facts, and show you how we approach transmission maintenance.

💬 NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

👇 Have you ever had a transmission flush?

👇 Did it help, hurt, or make no difference?

👇 Has another mechanic ever told you NEVER to flush your transmission?

👇 What questions would you like us to answer in our video?

B Ray’s Mechanic Service — Keeping You on the Road! 🔧

10/10/2026

🔧 THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAILS! 🔧

Anybody can replace a part. But taking the time to do the job RIGHT is what separates a parts changer from a true mechanic! 💪

Take a look at these before-and-after pictures! 👀

This is a perfect example of why we take the extra time to thoroughly clean and prepare components before putting an engine back together.

🛠️ WHY DOES IT MATTER?

✅ Proper Gasket Sealing – Removing old gasket material, oil, and buildup helps ensure a proper seal and reduces the chance of leaks.

✅ Preventing Future Problems – Dirt, sludge, and debris have no business being trapped inside a freshly repaired engine.

✅ Better Inspections – Clean parts allow us to identify cracks, damage, excessive wear, and other potential issues that grime can hide.

✅ Quality Workmanship – We believe that if you’re going to take something apart, you should take the time to clean it and put it back together correctly.

💥 HERE’S THE THING…

Most customers will NEVER see what their engine looks like on the inside after a repair.

But WE KNOW WHAT’S UNDER THAT COVER!

We could scrape off the old gasket, slap everything back together, and send it down the road.

BUT THAT’S NOT HOW WE DO BUSINESS AT B RAY’S!

We take pride in the work you see AND the work you don’t.

Because when you’re spending your hard-earned money with us, you deserve more than just getting your vehicle running again. You deserve a repair done with care, attention to detail, and pride.
