Amelia is a beautiful, sweet, and strong 2 year old who will be undergoing a liver transplant next month.
Her parents are amazing!
Her daddy is her donor so they will both be recovering very invasive operations, which will require a lengthy stay away from home.
Please help this family enter into this chapter of their lives a bit less stressed.
