Ray and Rick are heroes tonight. A lady stopped in to ask for directions to Batesville IN. She had been driving around lost for awhile and was in tears. Rick and Ray got her calmed down and got her directions. These two are always so kind and go out of their way to help people, whether they are customers or passersby. Besides that, they're a pleasure to work with!
