ANOTHER ONE FOR THE BOOKS!

2019 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins came in with a severely clogged crankcase filter. This one isn’t the worst I’ve seen, but it’s definitely getting there; check out the video!

A restricted crankcase filter can cause excessive crankcase pressure and contribute to oil leaks by forcing oil past seals and gaskets.

DON’T NEGLECT YOUR CRANKCASE FILTER!
This is just one of those many overlooked, forgotten, or simply unknown maintenance items that can turn into a much bigger headache if ignored!

Fresh 6.0 Powerstroke engine block back from the machine shop, and it’s time to start building this BEAST! 🤘

💥 HERE’S A FEW PIECES GOING INTO THIS BUILD:

* Track Tech head studs & main studs
*KDD cylinder heads
*Stage 1 camshaft
* .030-over pistons — ceramic-coated, delipped & fly-cut

If you own a 2011–2022 6.7L Powerstroke, take a look at these pictures! 👀

⚠️ CRANKCASE FILTER — DON’T IGNORE IT!

If you haven’t upgraded to the newer-design crankcase filter, get it taken care of ASAP!

This little problem child can cause some BIG headaches. As the filter becomes restricted, crankcase pressure can build up and start forcing oil past gaskets and seals, leading to some nasty oil leaks.

💥 DON’T WAIT UNTIL YOU’RE CHASING OIL LEAKS TO ADDRESS IT!

Stay ahead of the problem, keep your 6.7L healthy, and save yourself the headache of chasing leaks that could’ve been prevented.

ANOTHERRRAAAAA ONE BITES THE DUST!!

2012 F-350 6.7L Powerstroke

This one came in with a NASTY exhaust leak at the EGR crossover pipe! 😤

As you can see in the repair photos, the culprit was broken bolts causing the exhaust leak. 🔧

Now it’s time to get in there, get those broken bolts handled, and get this truck back where it belongs!

No shortcuts. No excuses. JUST RESULTS. 🤘

2018 F-550 6.7 Powerstroke

This 6.7 came into the shop leaking like a sieve — multiple exhaust leaks at the manifolds and turbo mounting flanges, killing boost and performance.

No guessing. No shortcuts. Tearing it down and putting it back together RIGHT.

These trucks are built to work — and that’s exactly what we’re getting this one ready to do again. 💪🏼

2009 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins

This one came in with the turbo actuator stuck in range.

After testing, we confirmed the actuator itself wasn’t the issue. The sector gear and VGT vanes inside the turbo were seized, keeping the turbo from operating properly.

We installed a new BD Diesel turbo and deleted the factory coolant riser with an H&S Motorsports kit.

This truck is about to hit 400,000 miles
lets keep this old Cummins rolling! 🔥
