The finished car gets the attention. The work behind it deserves some too.

Damaged components.
Replacement parts.
Technicians doing the hands-on work.

There's a lot happening before a vehicle is ready for delivery, and the process matters.

Here's a glimpse of the work happening inside Solesbee Collision.
Watch closely. The details are the point.

10/22/2026

A repair isn't finished just because the vehicle looks finished.
There are standards behind the work that matter.

At Solesbee Collision, that means following applicable manufacturer repair procedures, using genuine OEM replacement parts, and checking the work before delivery.

Those aren't just details to think about after something goes wrong. They're questions worth asking before choosing who repairs your vehicle.

Ask your repair shop what standards guide the work, not just when your car will be ready.

10/22/2026

You see the damaged car. You see the finished car.
But there's a whole lot of hands-on work in between.

Behind those repairs are real technicians handling parts, working through repairs, and paying attention to the details most drivers never see.
These are the people doing the work inside Solesbee Collision.

Take a look at the team behind the repairs.

10/21/2026

Factory-correct isn't a marketing phrase. It's a repair standard.

Every vehicle has specific manufacturer repair procedures for a reason.

The right parts.
The right methods.
The right inspections.

And documentation to back it all up.

Because a vehicle that looks repaired isn't necessarily a vehicle that's been repaired correctly.

At Solesbee Collision, we believe the work behind the finish matters most.

Know what goes into your collision repair.

10/21/2026

You shouldn't need to know everything about collision repair just to get straight answers.

What does the estimate cover?
Why does a particular part need replacing?
What happens if additional damage is found?

These are normal questions after an accident.
And you deserve explanations you can actually understand, without feeling rushed or embarrassed for asking.

At Solesbee Collision, helping customers understand the repair process is part of how we approach the work.

Have a question about getting your vehicle repaired? Drop it below or send us a message.

10/21/2026

Imagine getting your car back after an accident, then spending the first drive wondering whether everything was repaired properly.

That's not the feeling anyone wants.

A finished vehicle should come with answers about the work that was done, not more questions.

That's why we believe communication and proper repair procedures matter just as much as how the car looks when it's finished.

What's the first thing you'd want to know before driving your repaired car home?

10/20/2026

An accident can turn the simplest things into a hassle.

Getting to work.
Running errands.
Figuring out what happens next with your car.

And suddenly, vehicle repairs are taking up way more of your life than you ever wanted.

The goal isn't just to get the car looking good again. It's to help you get back to using it with confidence.
Because you've got better things to do than keep worrying about your car.

10/20/2026

A shiny finish doesn't tell you what happened underneath.
Repair documentation helps answer the questions a finished vehicle can't.

Which parts were used?
What work was performed?
Which manufacturer procedures applied?

Those are reasonable things to ask your body shop.

Save this before choosing where to have your car repaired.

10/19/2026

Two body shops can give you different estimates for the same damaged vehicle.
That doesn't automatically tell you which one is the better choice.

Before comparing the bottom line, ask what's included.

Which replacement parts are being considered?
What manufacturer procedures apply?
How will the shop explain and verify the work performed?

The answers can tell you more about the repair approach than the price alone.
An estimate is worth reading. The process behind it is worth understanding.

10/17/2026

Do you know what replacement parts are going into your car?

OEM and aftermarket parts aren't the same thing, and it's worth knowing which ones are being used in your collision repair.

Ask Solesbee Collision about the parts in your repair.

CARSTAR Precision Collision Helps Deliver More Than a Vehicle 🚗🎁

Through the NABC Recycled Rides program, CARSTAR Precision Collision recently presented U.S. Army Veteran Tammy Wahl with a refurbished vehicle, helping provide reliable transportation, greater independence, and new opportunities.

Tammy was selected through the Veteran Resource & Enrichment Center, where she continues to give back to her community through volunteer work. Thanks to the collaboration of the National Auto Body Council, Allstate, and several generous industry partners, this meaningful donation became a reality.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this special moment possible. Together, these efforts demonstrate the power of our industry to make a lasting impact beyond collision repair. 👏
