Sales Consultant - Ford

Job Responsibilities:
An individual in this position will be responsible for the sale of new/used vehicles by utilizing extensive product knowledge to create value for the customer.
On a day to day basis, they will be expected to acquire/maintain general product knowledge on all vehicles on the lot; develop and maintain a prospecting system to reach out to new customers; and conduct required follow-ups with all customers after each sale.

Training Requirements:
All new employees are required to complete their Ford Training within 2-weeks of hire to ensure that they have properly been certified to handle Ford products.
Skills:
Strong communication skills to properly/confidently explain information, and to converse with customers/clients.
Ability to reach out to more customers through prospecting.
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with other sales and dealership staff.
Achievement-motivated to work with the sales manager to achieve department goals.
Work Hours:
9:00am - 6:00pm (M-F)
8:30am - 3:00pm (SAT)
One designated day off during the week, and 1-hour lunch break.
Wages, Benefits, and Growth Opportunities:
Based on a commission basis: $3500 Guarantee for the first 3-months.
