Today our Turk Automotive family lost one of our own.
Lindsey Spike Bentley wasn’t just an employee. He wasn’t just a technician. He was family.
In a place like our shop, you don’t just work side by side, you live life side by side. Long hours, hard days, problem-solving, laughing, sometimes venting… over time those coworkers become brothers and sisters. That’s who Lindsey was to us. One of our own.
He took pride in what he did. When a vehicle rolled into his bay, he gave it his full attention and his full effort. He believed in doing things the right way, not the easy way. That work ethic earned respect. But it was his heart that earned love.
He had a presence about him. He could lighten a heavy day. He could be steady when things got chaotic. He showed up, not just physically, but for people. If someone needed help, he was there. If someone needed a laugh, he had one ready. He had the biggest heart of anyone we knew.
We also want to lift up the people who meant the most to him his wife, Brittany, his children, Cam & Lala, his parents, Russell and Tink, and his entire family. Our hearts break for you. Please know that the Turk Automotive family is praying for you, standing with you, and grieving alongside you. The man we knew here is the same man you loved at home — and we are so grateful we got to share even a small part of his life.
Rest Easy Lindsey we will miss you!
