The property lies close to the very pretty Lake Hawkins where there is good recreational boating, fishing, and public beaches. Our park has beautiful tall trees, a laundry room, and a community pavilion for family gatherings. We are dedicated to providing a quiet, friendly community for permanent residents. Little Oasis is proud to have been named Hawkins Chamber Business of the Month in September 2021! We would enjoy telling you more about the park or give you a tour at any time.

There’s just something about this time of year. The air gets a little cooler, the coffee tastes a little better, and sitting outside watching the sunset suddenly becomes the best part of the day. 🍁☕️

Whether you’re staying for a night, settling in for a while, or just passing through East Texas, we hope Little Oasis feels exactly like its name: a little place to slow down, get comfortable, and enjoy the simple things.

🦌 Sunday morning traffic at Little Oasis RV Park… and honestly, we’re not even mad about it. 😂

No horns. No road rage. No one cutting anybody off. Just one of our local residents casually strolling through like she owns the place. 🌿

Mornings out here hit a little different. Coffee in hand, East Texas trees all around, and a deer wandering past the Little Oasis sign. ☕🦌💚

Out here at Little Oasis RV Park, the stars don’t exactly believe in being subtle.

🌟 Clear country skies
✨ More twinkles than we could ever count
🌌 Stars scattered from one horizon to the other
🌲 And just enough peace and quiet to actually enjoy them

No skyscrapers. No city glow. No traffic lights trying to compete.

Just you, the night air, and a sky that apparently decided to show off. 😍

👀 Well, hello there, Little Oasis family!

We know… we know. It’s been a few days since we’ve popped up on your Facebook feed.

Before anyone sends a search party, we’re still here! 😂

The last few days have been a whirlwind around the park. Between keeping things running, working on improvements, taking care of our guests, and approximately 47 other things that somehow needed to happen yesterday… the marketing department has been running on caffeine and sheer determination. ☕😂

So while we haven’t been posting much, we HAVE been busy behind the scenes! 🌴🔨

We’re working hard to keep Little Oasis a place where you can slow down, relax, enjoy the outdoors, and feel right at home. ❤️

And now that we’ve resurfaced from the chaos, we’ll be getting back to our regularly scheduled Facebook shenanigans. 😉

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from Little Oasis RV Park! 🇺🇸

While many were enjoying a long weekend of rest, we were working hard this weekend to make Little Oasis an even safer and more relaxing place to call home. 🛠️🌿

Because creating a peaceful little slice of paradise doesn’t happen by accident. There’s always something being cleaned, repaired, improved, or dreamed up around here! 😅

Today, we celebrate the hardworking people who keep things moving and make places like Little Oasis feel a little more like home.
