I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Crandell and working on his Ranger, which was experiencing electrical issues that caused numerous malfunctions. After examining the codes and wiring, I discovered that a single wire was the culprit. I addressed the issue, ensured proper connectivity, and installed a new wiring harness for the aftermarket lighting. This ensured the vehicle was restored to safe and proper working condition. I have completed a thorough restoration of a 2012 800 Ranger Crew with 9500 miles. This project involved a range of repairs and upgrades to restore the vehicle to its optimal condition. The work included replacing all suspension and shock bushings, installing four new axles, and replacement of brake pads. Additionally, the machines clutch and belt were replaced due to wear associated with its mileage. Following a comprehensive service, this machine is now ready for immediate trail use or the work it was ment for. The work on this 2013 900xp is almost finished, with many new parts installed. In the front end, all four ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, a-arm bushings, and brakes have been replaced. Furthermore, the u-joints and carrier bearing in the driveshaft were replaced, the clutches were realigned, and a new belt was installed. Finally, the oil, transmission, and front differential were serviced. After a belt brake in and test ride it will be returned to its owner. I have two more machines here that are up next!
