Dennis and Debra Ellingson drove in from Glenvil, Nebraska, to let me earn their business on this Impala! One thing I love about Dennis is how he handles business. He drove in, shook my hand, told me the price he wanted to spend today, and said if I could find him the right car right now, he had cash. He didn't want any part of sales games, and I admire that about him. When a man means business, he means business! ​I told him if he would wait just 20 minutes, I would see how high I could peg the speedometer on my Cadillac, head across town to our detail guy, and grab the car that fit his exact wants. I let him know there was a 50/50 chance it was clean yet, got the okay, and picked it up. When I brought it back, it was a perfect fit! ​Thank you so much, Dennis. I wish the whole world still did business the way you do!

Making a new friend or customer from anywhere is awesome, but when I get to bring my clan together for a hometown, Webster County, Blue Hill-style sale, I love every bit of it! Here's a cool car sales story for you guys. Sam and Lana James came in today to try to trade their Jeep Wrangler in on a gas-saver secondary car. After looking up and down the lot, we couldn't find the right fit. But right before they went home, Sam caught our 24 Tucson that just hit the lot in his eye! At the last second, we flipped the script - completely forgot about the Jeep trade, and Lana was on her way to grab their daily driver, Santa Fe, to trade in on the Tucson! What a crazy, cool car deal! Lana, I know you love your new Tucson, and Sam, I have to give you some credit on this one - that was some fast thinking and quick math to pull this deal off! You guys are a blast! And since we are neighbors in Bluehill, I'll be looking forward to seeing your Tucson sparkling up the street! Thank you guys!
