Looking for a receptionist. Receptionist will be dealing exclusively with leads generated by our internet sales,including leads generated by our dealership’s website. The receptionist is the central person who will work the dealerships sales processes and operational processes for the sales team. Receptionist will also be in charge of guiding customers in filling out credit application, explain the processes, and asking for all required documents. Responsibilities will focus on inbound and outbound phone call steps, setting dealer appointments that show on time, leaving effective voicemails, follow up procedures for all types of prospects and buyers, ensuring sent emails follow set procedures. Will also be in charge of advertising such as posting cars in websites etc.Financing experience is a plus.
