HARTVILLE, Ohio (August 29, 2023) – Today, the Miller Family, owners of HRM Enterprises, Inc., announced they have entered into an agreement to acquire Country Clean Car Wash, a highly-respected car care facility in Hartville, Ohio, from the Pavlak Family.
In the spirit of a seamless transition, a dedicated team, which includes members of both families, has been established to ensure a smooth transition for the businesses’ valued members and customer bases. The ownership transition is scheduled to be completed by September 1, 2023.
“As Country Clean Car Wash shifts from one family to another, we are committed to building on their legacy of honesty, integrity, and fairness and their commitment to looking after the welfare of their customers and employees,” Gary Sommers, Chief Executive Officer at HRM Enterprises said. “I strongly believe that this collaboration is a win for the community and would like to thank the Pavlak Family for entrusting ownership of this great company to us.”
HRM Enterprises, Inc. and Country Clean Car Wash are family companies with close
relationships with their communities. “We have been washing cars for 40 years, and over this time, our customers were recognized as not only customers but our friends,” said Brad Pavlak.
To mark this milestone, the Miller and Pavlak Families have made a $50,000.00 monetary donation to Love Our Community, a non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the unseen needs in Hartville and surrounding communities. “We are honored to support LOC to help ease the burden of housing instability and emergency resources for our neighbors,” said Gary and Brad.
