We have an 80’ long mobile store from Optima Industries,
consisting of a 48’ custom Optima trailer and a 17’ Optima/Freightliner toter conversion. When opened up it measures about 100 ft long and 30 ft. We use this rig to transport a state-of-the-art DynoJet 250i dynamometer from show to show and to live in as well. Housed inside the trailer is a full service shop. stocks and can install a variety of high performance exhaust systems and intake modifications to make your bike rip! In 2007, we added a 12’ x 40’ foot awning that attaches to either side of the trailer expanding our show room dramatically. It also provides a convinient space to display all of our endorsment logos. Inside you will find additional lifts and more personel to assit with product installation and any of your questions. We will be offering complete performance engine upgrades using S&S high compression piston kits, cylinders, heads and gear drive cams. Onsite tuning, as always, will be available for these upgrades. Using high performance parts from BUB Rinehart Exhaust, Vance and Hines Exhaust, Arlen Ness, NGK Spark Plugs, K&N, DynoJet, Drag Specialties parts, Daytona Twin Tec, S&S, Python Exhaust and an awesome state of the art dyno from DynoJet to tune your bike to its maximum potential! Most customers will see an average of 5-15% increase in their bikes performance after we dyno tune them. In 2009 Cycle Solutions Inc. launched the "Lift & Lube” a full service mobile oil change facility. This custom built show truck and trailer will be seen at more than 30 motorcycle rallies in the United States each year. The trailer is pulled from show to show by a 40’ custom built Optima motor home. The chassis is a Freightliner Columbia with a Mercedes Benz diesel engine. The crew lives in this motor home for 9 months each season. Accommodations are plush and inviting including kitchen, bath and beds. The concept and creation of this working display was formed over a three year period. A common complaint we heard from customers was that they had to wait for a week to get their motorcycle back after dropping it off for service at a dealer. We received a lot of questions from customers about what oils and filters should be used in their motorcycle as well as what brands we recommend. These questions and the need for more storage space led to the Lift & Lube. The mission was to create a "drive-thru” full service oil change facility that complemented our already successful mobile dyno tuning trailer. In and out in under an hour while you wait! Mission completed! The "Lift & Lube” trailer is a custom built 30’ Renegade stacker trailer. Inside there are two levels. The downstairs carries oil and lots of it! Also, all of our exhaust displays from Vance and Hines, BUB, Rinehart Racing, Klockwerks, etc. are transported on the lower level. There is a 16’ automotive lift built into the lower level that allows us to hoist our entire inventory upstairs into the loft. The second level is a 30’ by 8’ inventory storage area. Accessible by ladder and lift, we are able to stock hundreds of exhaust systems for almost every Harley Davidson motorcycle ever made. Access to the roof allows us to display a 20’ tall bottle of Lucas Oil that can be seen from space. As the name "Lift & Lube” implies, we do full service oil changes. At any rally we run at least two motorcycle lifts and perform countless full service oil changes. The Lift & Lube is staffed by at least two PHD certified technicians at any one time. The Lift & Lube uses the very best lubricants and oil filters. Cycle Solutions Inc. partnered with Lucas Oil Products offering our customers the best lubricants on the market. Our trailer is stocked deep with a wide variety of Lucas Products along with K&N air and oil filters. Performance replacement sparkplugs from NGK are installed on the spot. Cometic seals and gaskets are used exclusively. The Lift & Lube also stocks oil and filters for metric cruisers and sport bikes of all makes. Using bone stock motorcycles and our Dynojet 250i dynamometer, we tested a wide variety of the oils and filters. Based on our findings, we chose to partner with Lucas Oil Products and K&N. By using Lucas lubricants, we noticed a measureable decrease in engine temperature, smoother shifting, quieter transmissions and longer service intervals. K&N oil and air filters also offered substantial gains in performance. NGK spark plugs have for years been a part of our performance upgrades on the dyno trailer and their benefits have been included on the Lift & Lube as well. The "Box of Lube” is another Cycle Solutions Inc. creation. Our box of lube includes everything a do it yourselfer needs to perform a full service oil change on their motorcycle.
