If you have enough oil to comfortably make it into 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬/𝗧𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬, please tell our team you’re 𝗢𝗞 𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗟 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞. This helps us prioritize customers who are at a critical level first.

1. When you call, please have your address, tank location, and best contact number ready (payment can be taken over the phone if you prefer).

2. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 to your tank/driveway—unsafe access may delay service.

3. If you are not in urgent need, please 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦—it takes our team away from routing and deliveries.

4. 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦: secure pets, turn on outside lighting for after-dark deliveries, and a simple “thank you” goes a long way.
