Is your Jaguar low on coolant or overheating? A failing water pump can cause coolant loss, overheating, warning messages, or cooling system fault codes.

We recently diagnosed and replaced the water pump on this 2020 Jaguar E-Pace 2.0L. We vacuum filled the cooling system with the correct OEM-spec coolant, test drove the vehicle.

This 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4MATIC came in with a misfire. We tested the ignition system and found a failed ignition coil. To prevent future ignition issues, we replaced all four ignition coils and installed OEM spark plugs.

During our full vehicle inspection, we found additional maintenance needs. Based on those findings, we replaced the engine air filter, performed a brake fluid flush, and an oil change. Proactive service like this helps prevent repeat failures, improve performance, and protect long-term reliability.

This is just a reminder to have your timing belt replaced at the recommended service interval. This 2010 Subaru Outback came in after the timing belt broke. After pulling the spark plugs and scoping the cylinders, we found signs that the valves and pistons made contact. Many engines are interference, meaning if the timing belt or chain breaks, it can damage the valves and pistons. Unfortunately, that happened with this vehicle and we quoted the customer a new engine.
