We like to have fun, but we also get down to business! After last week’s signing day, our brand new Apprentices had their first staff meeting with Keith. In the next few weeks they will be onboarded as official employees, and then they’ll start their new jobs at their assigned locations at Hanover Auto Team!

🎊 CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 to our Pre-Apprentices as they have ALL been offered and accepted FULL-TIME employment at Hanover Auto Team as second year Apprentices! We are so incredibly proud of each of their hard work and dedication this year and are excited for their future with us. We celebrated with their families, friends, and school counselors last evening at our Signing Day event, where each student signed their employment contract. Thank you to the Hanover Chamber of Commerce for your continued support of our program. Please help us officially welcome them all to Hanover Auto Team!

CONGRATULATIONS to our 2026 class of Pre-Apprentices as we celebrate each of them completing 336 hours of technical and leadership training this school year with Hanover Auto Team. It’s been a remarkable year of learning, giving, growing and new experiences. We celebrated with a friendly competition in the shop, the “Garage Gauntlet,” and then heard each student give their own retirement speech from the perspective of a loved one- reflecting on the kind of employee and person they hope to be after a long career as a Technician. No matter what their futures hold, we are thankful to have had a part of each of their journeys! Congratulations Tech Pathways Class of ‘26!

We’re proud to extend a HUGE 🎉Congratulations 🎉 to our very own Giovanny, who participated in New Oxford High School’s Signing Day event yesterday. This event celebrates students who are either entering the military or workforce directly after graduation, and we are blessed that Gio has decided to continue his role as the Parts and Service Assistant at Tech Pathways. Earlier this week, our Pre-Apprentices proudly handed over the keys of a Camry they have worked on over the course of this year to donate to New Hope Minstries. The car will become part of a fleet of cars in the Hope Rides vehicle loan program, providing short term transportation assistance for families working on employment. We are honored to play a role in such an amazing program!
