Not everything we blast is rusty!

Here's something a little different that came through the Classic Car Blasting shop.

This carbon fiber front nose needed its existing paint and primer removed to expose the raw carbon fiber underneath.

Take a look at the difference! The left side still has its original coating, while the right side has been media blasted, revealing the carbon fiber weave.

Different materials require different approaches. That's where experience and the right blasting techniques make the difference.

🏁 Another race car chassis ready for its next chapter!

This one came in covered in blue powder coat, and we blasted it all off, getting it back down to clean, bare metal.

Quite a difference! Now it's ready for whatever comes next in the build.

HELP WANTED – PART-TIME MEDIA BLASTER

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Media Blaster to join our team. Our shop specializes in media blasting antique and classic cars for high-quality restorations.

Responsibilities:

- Media blast antique and classic vehicle bodies, frames, and parts
- Prepare surfaces for restoration while preserving original metal
- Maintain blasting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Qualifications:

- A genuine passion for classic cars and restoration work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a physically active environment
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Position Details:

- Part-time schedule with flexible hours
- 16–24 hours per week to start, with the potential for additional hours
- Training provided for the right candidate
- Competitive wages
- Opportunity to work on unique antique and classic vehicle restoration projects
