This month we’re celebrating the incredible women who help keep Auto-Wares running strong!
Today we’re recognizing Tricia Olson, our Territory Sales Manager supporting Auto Value Hammond, Auto Value Gary, and Bumper to Bumper Skyway. Tricia is known for her hardworking attitude, bubbly personality, and the positive energy she brings everywhere she goes.
She’s exceptional when it comes to tool and equipment sales, always finding ways to connect with customers and support their needs. One of her signature approaches? She never shows up empty-handed—whether it’s a flyer, a promotion, or even snacks to share. From chips and cookies to the occasional homemade treat, Tricia knows how to build relationships and make every visit count.
Outside of work, Tricia and her wife Sarah dedicate their time to caring for dogs in need, running a shelter out of their home and giving “discarded” dogs a second chance. Her passion for both people and animals truly sets her apart, and we’re proud to have her as part of the Auto-Wares team.
