A customer came in with a tow truck that was riding on its helper springs, overloaded. They thought they might need another set of helpers, as another shop had just installed a pair of heavy duty springs for them.

When our experts took a look they found the other shop had put in the wrong springs: they were "heavy duty", yes, but 100 pounds lighter than the springs they replaced, and wrong for the vehicle.

We were able to offer the customer 3 different correct heavy duty options for their vehicle, and now it rides where it should, not on the helper springs.

We'd like to thank Jeanne for her lovely show of appreciation!

Jeanne came in with a vehicle showing an alignment sensor warning on the dash and shaking at highway speeds after having new tires put on at another shop.

Our mechanics quickly noticed that the vehicle had previously been lifted via the control arms and not the frame, which is what caused the warning light and the shaking.

After we replaced the control arm and performed the alignment the light went off and the vehicle is driving smoothly--and safely--at all speeds.

Apparently she was so pleased with the work she sent us chocolate as a thank you.
