I'd say it was time for a clutch! We pulled out this worn out ceramic clutch and replaced it with an organic dual disc from South Bend.

Broken exhaust manifold studs were the culprit of the noise complaint on this 6.7L. After a set of new manifolds and upgraded studs, this one is back on the road!

Burning the weekend oil! Replaced the leaking up-pipes on this 7.3 with a beautiful stainless set. Finished up with a Sunday morning service call to repair a Case wheel loader just before the snow started falling.

Did you know every 6.0 and 7.3 Powerstroke we service gets a bottle of Schaeffer's Moly E.P. added to the oil? We have found this practice greatly reduces oil aeration caused by HEUI fuel systems. In return, your engine will run smoother and more quiet. Not only that, it also helps clean and lubricate the oil side of your injectors reducing stiction!
