2019 Ford F350 6.7 Powerstroke. Typical CP4 pump failure with the code P0087, P0088. Truck is in limp mode. Pulled regulator on old CP4 pump to verify no metal contamination in fuel system. Replaced new CP4 pump with new Bosch pump. Truck returned back to service with no further issues.

If your needing a CP4 pump replaced on your Ford 6.7 Powerstroke here in the DFW always, I've got you covered. If you have a P0087, P0088 code, and your engine is in reduced power mode then yes your CP4 pump is most likely failing. When the pump comes apart internally, then your most likely going to need a fuel system. Before proceeding with replacing yout CP4 pump, I would have to take a fuel sample to make sure the pump hasn't come apart internally.

2019 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi engine. Typical failed mds lifter on cylinder # 6. Customer opted to replace the lifters on the affected bank. Truck now runs perfect again. Of course, I only use OEM lifters. I avoid using aftermarket lifters. Truck now runs perfect again!

Needing AC Work done in the DFW area, Jay's Mobile Mechanic Service's has got you covered this year! Better get your AC work done before its gets much hotter outside! Here's a quick video of some A/C work I did on a 2017 Isuzu NPR. Replaced AC compressor, expansion valve, condenser, flushed all the AC lines, pulled vacuum on system and recharged system. AC is blowing snow now!

Quick morning brake job on a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. 90K miles on original pads. Always very important to check the condition of your brake pads, this could've been avoided. Got customer back on the road with a front brake job, this included new rotors and brake pads.

Needing major engine repair in the DFW, Jays Mobile Mechanic Services has got you covered here! Shop quoted this gentleman 15k to replace his 6.0 Powerstroke engine here. Somehow something made its way into 2 of the cylinders here causing damaged to 2 pistons and the cylinder head. Replacing both damaged pistons, rod bearings, and new cylinder head. Lots of work here, but will be worth it for the customer at the end of the day. If your needing any engine repairs in the DFW area, give me a shout!

2016 Ford F350 with the 6.7 Powerstroke. Truck had a nasty oil leak here on the from cover. Diagnosis truck to have a bad vacuum pump seal. Replaced seal. Truck is now leak free and customer is super happy not to have any oil spots again on his driveway.

It’s old school Chevy Vortec 350 day. Quick job, replacing the spider injection unit on a 1996 Chevy C2500. Not a cheap part by any means. This unit was over $400 bucks. The customers truck is back on the road and running great now!

Weekend job. 2021 Ram 3500 with the 6.7 Cummins. Customer wanted from differential swapped out due to some internal damage. I did not pull it apart to see what was wrong with the differential. Swapped out front differential that was provided by customer and now the truck is back on the road! If you need any big jobs done like this, please reach out to us!
