📢 Now Hiring: Part-Time Office Administrator & Social Media Assistant 📢
Location: Hallandale Beach, FL
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)
We’re looking for a reliable and organized part-time office assistant to help with administrative tasks and social media management at our jet ski and boat repair shop, Jet Ski Doctor.
Responsibilities:
✅ Handle basic office duties (emails, phone calls, scheduling)
✅ Assist with invoicing and customer follow-ups
✅ Organize and maintain records & paperwork
✅ Help manage and post on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
✅ Assist with other light office tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Organized, detail-oriented & tech-savvy
✔ Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
✔ Experience with social media platforms (posting, engaging, basic content creation)
✔ Comfortable working in a small business environment
✔ Must be reliable and able to work independently
