Beginning Monday, July 27, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., Broadfording Road will be closed to through traffic between McDade Road and Point Salem Road to allow for roadway improvements associated with the Hagers Meadows subdivision development project in the City of Hagerstown.

The closure is expected to remain in place for approximately two to three weeks, weather permitting.

During construction, motorists should follow the posted detour route utilizing Salem Church Road, Cearfoss Pike (MD 58), and Point Salem Road. Drivers are encouraged to plan for additional travel time and use caution when traveling through the area.

Was able to estimate some vehicles today from hail storm. Majority of damage seems like PDR( Paintless Dent Repair ) is the best option. This process doesn’t effect the factory finish , and usually take 2-3 days. Dents are worked out from top and bottom sides and can never tell anything g happened. Our relationship with Insurance companies allow for easy process with invoicing and being the adjuster. Insurance carriers warranty the repair if repaired by their network shop. Setting up a hail repair to start next week. Already received over 30 claims, by end of today. If you have any hail damage stop in and we’ll get you scheduled .
