DO use a licensed professional
DO read your warranties
DO prepare your site properly
DO inspect yur manufactured home after you move in
DONT use a unlicensed installer
DONT sign anything with out reading it first
DONT place your home where water could collect
DONTforget to report problems within the warranty period
