Our labor rate effective today is $118 per hour from $110 in 2025. Installation of customer supplied parts will be at an increased rate of $165 per hour in most cases.

In accordance with New York State Auto Repair Shop Regulations (6 NYCRR Part 82), all labor rates are disclosed prior to authorization.
When customers supply their own parts, a higher labor rate applies. Customer-supplied parts are not covered under our parts warranty, may require additional labor for fitment or diagnosis, and are not reimbursable if defective or incorrect. Increased labor rates help improve efficiency, offset added risk, warranty limitations, and administrative costs. Labor rates are determined with consideration to parts margins that we are able to get due to purchase volume. A higher labor rate for customer supplied parts will help bring down future labor rate increases overall.
All labor rates and charges are clearly listed on written estimates and invoices as required by NYS law.
