Mercedes CLS 550 came in for a rough idle and lights on the dash. After running some test that i always start with on these German vehicles i determined the main battery was getting drawn down below a safe limit since the buffer battery under the dash was completely dead with .6 volts. Swapped the buffer battery, charged the main battery, cleared the codes and she was running much better.

Another quick subframe bandaid. This was another good candidate for a replacement but didn’t fit the budget once you factor in all the other components that will fall apart once you disturb them. That left us with a lot of needle scaling and grinding to find some good metal! This should be more than enough for what they need to get out of this vehicle. Need something done no one else will bother with? Let us know!

Crank no start turbo B series came in to have us check over the car. Found that the crank signal wire was going to a blank port on the distributor connector. We fixed that and immediately got signal to the COP module. We then tested fuel content, verified timing, checked compression, and did a leak down test. Everything checked out and she fired up!

Stainless steel wood stove exhaust adapter. Measured up the old one and modeled the new one with some tweaks for the space constraint. Some projects i really suck at getting pictures but got a few to show some of the process. If you have parts that are discontinued bring them our way and we’ll get it remade.
