Meet with customers and determine their needs for the repair and/or service of their vehicles.

Schedule service appointments and receive the vehicle information.

Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.

Utilize all software required to order parts, create job quotes, and customer invoices with a detailed description of all work performed.

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.

Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.

Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers' vehicles including their time management/efficiency, and job completion times.

Maintain 100% communication with all guests on the status of their vehicle.

Must be able to keep a clean work environment.

Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is required.
