Today, we honor the incredible brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Memorial Day is a reminder that our freedom is a gift bought with courage, dedication, and the selflessness of those who put everything on the line.

The Iron Dinosaur Racing team faced a challenging weekend at the 2026 ECTA Spring Fling in Blytheville. During a shakedown run with Don Gilmore, the car performed well through 4th gear but suffered a critical transmission failure that prevented co-driver Liz Leggett from downshifting. Consequently, the team decided to source a new transmission from a different manufacturer for future events.

Despite the mechanical setback, the team engaged with the community by hosting local homeschooled students for a technical tour and car warm-up. They also attended a local car show at Arkansas Northeastern College. The team is now preparing for the Karz For Kidz charity show on May 18 and a land speed event in Loring, Maine, this July.
