We just want to take a moment and apologize to all our customers about the recent extended wait times. We have had issues lately with shipping, wrong parts, unforeseen issues on certain projects, and discontinued parts. It probably has been the worst we have ever experienced as a company. It has made time frames difficult to predict and set us back drastically. We think we are finally at the end of the issues that have been holding us up. As always our customers come first, we have been trying our best to resolve these issues and keep our customers happy. We have been working on smaller projects outside since the shop has been full due to these issues and doing everything we can. We are hoping to be fully back on track by the end of this week. The worst part of running a shop are the things you can't control. We have had some shipping issues that put us behind lately. But it looks like Christmas in the shop at the moment with all the deliveries! So for all those who have been waiting on an opening to bring your truck in we should have some openings very soon. We are also extremely close to having another one of our bays open to the public. This will also help with availability. We appreciate all your understanding and support. Just a little update on the phone situation. As stated in an older post we had issues with us not receiving some calls and text from customers. We finally got a chance to dig into the issue and it is actually our own fault. We have a signal booster for the shop that is temporarily mounted and its corresponding cables temporarily run until our construction is completed. We found a few bad spots in the antenna cable where it is just run on the floor and under one of our bay doors. We are hoping to have this fixed this week so it is easier to get a hold of us. We apologize so much for the inconvenience this has been but thank all of you for your support.
