You've got hail damage! Now what??
We've got you covered! Here is a list of steps to help you make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Contact your insurance. Call the CLAIMS department (not your agent). This will speed up the process of getting an appointment with an adjuster or instructions on how they want to move forward with your claim. COVID changed how many insurance companies are handling these claims so getting that information quickly will help expedite the process.

2. Be informed. You are in control of who repairs your vehicle. Once you you address the initial process with your insurance company give DentSmith a call to set up an appointment 864-363-6824.

3. Once you have received your claim number from your insurance give us a call at 864-363-6824 to make an appointment. We are currently working on a few repair site locations in the damaged area. 2825 New Easley Hwy Greenville SC 29611 is one confirmed location.

4. Choose wisely! YOU CAN CHOOSE WHO REPAIRS YOUR VEHICLE! Many of the body shops in the area are scheduled out 3-5 months with collision repairs and are not wanting to accept many hail repairs at this time. Make sure who ever you choose to do the repairs is capable and will be here if you ever have issues in the future. Using an established local company with good reviews and certified technicians will give you that peace of mind.

5. Make sure who you choose is equipped to handle your repairs entirely. DentSmith will always use Paintless Dent Repair as our primary method of repair but some of the damage in this storm may require panels to be replaced. We have a full service body shop onsite for these situations.

Minor dents and dings caused by car doors, shopping carts, bicycles, etc. are no problem. DentSmith can take care of those unsightly dents.
