Social Media Marketing Manager Overview;

· Content - Our Social Marketing Manager will help post and oversee high quality and engaging content for a wide cross-section of business including, automotive, healthcare and legal and must have experience with high-level merchants. You must have experience in developing VERY high quality and engaging content along with experience in multiple social advertising platforms.

Advertising - Our Social Advertising area has grown very quickly must be able to be consistent

· Analytics & Tools - Our Social Media/Marketing Manager will use the latest social posting and analytic tools. We are looking for someone to help grow an already robust social marketing department.

· Leadership - As the member of our social team you will be responsible to manage our process flawlessly. You will be expected to maintain state of the art standards in this department. Please have experience in building real results-based client relationships.

· Channel Education & Management - Thorough understanding of each of the social “channels” we manage for clients?

· Reporting - Generate excellent reporting presentation narratives to help recap and review the prior month for our clientele.

· Respect - As a leader you must respect our people and our company. We want happy, positive, productive and fun people. Seriously!!

· Drive - Must be a self-starter; strong entrepreneurial orientation required. Organized, driven, proactive, and self-motivated – Organization, time management, and attention to detail will be critical to delivering success.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe working environment. Provide high quality control standards while maintaining high levels of equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of heavy industrial construction equipment (both diesel & gas powered). Service Truck Provided
• Carry out preventative maintenance and repair programs. Maintain effective equipment maintenance schedules and records on all company equipment and tools.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in the repair and fabrication of equipment by performing basic to advanced welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC).
• Analyze parts and supply stock to ensure an adequate and cost-effective inventory.
• Identify and work with outside specialty shops (machine, hydraulic, electrical, etc.) to perform special or time effective work when needed.
• Act as technical expert and advise personnel when to take equipment out of service due to mechanical problems.
• Monitor equipment and tool warranty programs to insure warranty claims are forwarded to Asset Manager for processing
• Assist in maintaining all corporate equipment files including inventory, repair and maintenance, etc.
• Perform additional assignments as requested by supervisorsn
