YZ 250 suddenly stopped working without notice. It was originally thought to be an electrical problem but after some thorough diagnosing, it was found that this poor bike needed a top end. We left the exhaust valves alone as the shims were original and in spec. An option was given for stock (ti valves) or stainless steel. Stainless steel was elected. New piston was installed as the old one just seemed a bit worn out. The cylinder was sent out and resleeved. I know I saved this person money and they now have a fresh and reliable bike again.
