Another project in the books! A huge thank you to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department for trusting us with this slick-top build on a 2021 Ford Police Interceptor Utility.

One of the best parts of this project was being able to repurpose a large portion of the equipment from older units, maximizing the department’s investment while integrating several new components donated by TVI.

Build highlights:

* Federal Signal Pathfinder light and siren controller with OBD-II integration
* Whelen XLP visor bar
* Federal Signal Rear ILS bar (ISP spec)
* Code 3 rocker lights
* Feniex Q3 and Q Flat warning lights
* Whelen Vertex hideaways
* Havis console and docking station
* Martel Electronics DC-7 camera system
* Setina ½ partition and full rear Setina partition
* Stalker DSR Dual radar
* Kenwood NX-5700 radio

A custom Park Mode was also programmed into the vehicle. When shifted into park, all white warning lights and wig-wags automatically shut off, and the emergency lighting transitions to a slower park-pattern flash sequence for improved scene safety and reduced glare.

A big thank you to Wyatt Huddleston for trusting us with this build on his 2014 Ford F-150 for EMA, Fire, and Ham Radio use!

We fabricated a custom electronics tray with future expansion in mind. The current setup includes a fuse panel, Feniex 4200 Data Link, Feniex Storm Pro 100 PA/siren, and a Feniex Quantum 49-inch light bar.

This clean, organized installation leaves plenty of room for additional equipment down the road while providing reliable warning and communications capabilities. We appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this project and look forward to seeing it in service!

Another Whelen Core project completed! This 2013 Ford F-450 Lifeline ambulance originally relied on an antiquated first-generation multiplex system that is no longer supported by the manufacturer. The result was emergency lighting that was out of sync and operating inconsistently, creating both functionality and reliability concerns.

We upgraded the entire system with a Whelen Core C controller, bringing this unit into the modern era with improved control, customization, and reliability. New features include:

• Front scene lights
• Cruise mode
• DVI modes
• Park mode functionality
• Fully synchronized emergency lighting patterns

Now every light on the vehicle operates exactly as intended, providing a cleaner, more professional appearance while improving visibility and traffic control capabilities on scene.

Our demonstration vehicle didn’t stay available for long!

A huge thank you to A1 Emergency Medical Services for purchasing this unit and giving us the opportunity to build their new EMS Command Vehicle.

This 2022 Ford Police Interceptor Utility was outfitted with a customer-supplied Whelen Carbide system, Feniex Rocker lights, Strobes N More XT8s, E6 Tri-Colors, and E6 Minis mounted on the Feniex spoiler mount. Everything was fully integrated and synchronized through the Carbide system to provide a clean, professional, and highly functional emergency lighting package.

We’re extremely pleased with how this build turned out and appreciate the trust placed in us to bring this project to life. We look forward to seeing it serve the community for years to come.

Originally designed as a slick top vehicle, it boasts Feniex Quad 2.0 lights and a Whelen Legacy Duo lightbar, customized to meet the department's needs. Leveraging parts from retired vehicles enabled us to create a high-quality vehicle at a reduced cost, featuring a Custom Cages single cell transport cage and Jotto Desk weapon mount.
