One year ago today, our founder, Janet Ward, passed away. While much has changed over the past year, the heart of who we are remains the same.

Over the weekend, we joined Walk ALS in honor of Janet Ward Black and everyone whose life has been changed by ALS. We were proud to walk alongside families, friends, and advocates who continue showing up for one another and pushing for a future with better treatments and, one day, a cure.

Last week’s Ecusta Retiree Luncheon gave us the chance to spend time with so many people we have come to know over the years, including many we have had the privilege to represent. There is something special about being in a room filled with stories, memories, and connections built over decades. We are so thankful for every conversation, every familiar face, and the chance to meet some new ones too.
