I might get flamed for this post and if so, fine. We have always tried to sell good trucks cheap. We try to disclose everything to the buyer. We take pictures to show the things that are not correct.
The buyer of the K30 I recently sold is upset because the vin tag is not the original VIN tag.
Here in Indiana, every one of our trucks are inspected by a Wayne Co Sheriff Deputy before it gets a title. They check the vin tag to title and then run those numbers to ensure the truck is not stolen.
When we received this truck, we pointed out the non GM tag to the deputy. He checked the vin to the spid and title. All checked out fine and he signed off on the truck.
Under the very aged paint you can see one bed side is orange, one front fender is green and the cab came from a brown diesel. How do we know? The firewall has a piece of firewall insulation remaining on the driver side, has the 3 holes for the fuel filter block andthe paint was brown on the firewall. Why would this happen coming from the west coast? A freaking wreck 30 years ago! All this was discloed to the buyer over the phone to the buyer. Now hes mad for whatever reason.
Anyway, I am here to state we do our best to offer good trucks cheap and show everthing to the buyer that Is not correct! EVERYTHING!

SOLD IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS!
1977 K30 400/400/203. Has the Dana 60 and 14 bolt. The truck is a Non a/c truck. The engine needs rebuilt and does not run. This truck is a terrific candidate for a patina build! The outer cab corners have rust, along with the tops of the floor pans. The interior is good, still has the original paperwork of where the truck sold new and when. It also has the SPID sheet still in the glove box. The frame is excellent! Still has the original paint on it. The brakes work great. The firewall is in great shape with no rust. The front clip and bed have no rust. It was parked some time ago because of the engine.
This truck is not your rust belt rust bucket that’s been patched 15 times by 12 different guys. It’s hard to find buildable K30’s that are affordable! If you want to question the price, go find one cheaper!

SOLD: 1982 K30 Big Block/4 speed/205. The truck is from out west and shows it. It starts decent, runs decent, stops decent. You could drive it to work the day you buy it however I would not consider it to be a daily driver yet. The motor is a tall deck engine and not original to the truck. No smoke, no ticks, very good tires, the truck isn’t a dripper when parked on concrete. It’s a straight truck and has great bones.
This K30 is going to sell for $——- and should be sold before the weekend. The title is in my name and it’s ready to go.

Just taken in on trade! 1997 Chevrolet 2500 5.7L V8, auto trans, and working 4x4! Just over 187,600 miles on it. Starts, runs, and drives good and has newer tires. Has an exhaust leak at the front of the passenger manifold, I’m assuming it’s cracked but haven’t looked into it. Truck is far from perfect with its fair share of dents and scratches and although it has rocker rust it is good and solid overall. Good driver quality truck to use everyday. Clean title in hand. 1987 C10 Chevrolet 4.3L, sm465 transmission. The truck came from Montana last year, and hasn’t seen salt. The truck is 100% original paint, with original side trim. The only rust on the truck is on the passenger outer cab corner, and surface rust behind the driver rear wheel. The cab is in great shape, cab mounts and floors are great. The bottom of the bed is in great shape. I have driven the truck for the last year and it’s been great. It runs, drives, shifts, and stops great. Doesn’t use oil, or have any leaks. I would drive it anywhere today. I have the missing side trim.

For the folks that were worried about the the price being to high, worried about test driving it, worried about the fuel economy……it sold to the first guy that messaged me (after Chuck).
His grand plan is to make it into a 4x4 and drive it or just flip it. Regardless, he’s happy, I’m happy and it’s gone. I had a list of 7 guys that were willing to buy the truck without seeing it if this buyer didn’work out.

*this page is a page where me and my family sell these old trucks (Its not a public forum). When someone makes a really crappy comment, we just ban them. The original post about this truck cost us about 10 followers which didn’t bother me 1 bit. I refuse to deal with idiots!

SOLD! 1989 R3500 Chevy, 454/400. This thing is from the west coast and is in very good shape you can see it has rust in 1 cab corner. The outside pics were taken this summer when the truck arrived here and had a bad motor (how we bought it, hence the chain and tow vehicle). The underside, inner rockers, inner corners, inner fenders are all perfect!
We installed a good used 454 we bought from a friend, new battery, radiator hoses, new carb, new distributor, plugs, wires and a few other misc items.
The truck always starts, moves and stops. We simply are not going to test drive the truck with it being this cold. It starts every time and runs smooth with no smoke or noises.

SOLD: 1975 Chevy K20, 350/TH350/203, full float 14 bolt and Dana 44 front. The truck came from MT and is very solid. It starts great, runs great, shifts great, stops great.. everything works on the interior with exception to the gas gauge and radio. If you want to jam, buy something else because this AM radio doesnt jam, thump or even hum.
*****let me be clear, the frame Is NOT Bent! Its a DODGE bed on a Chevy truck. Its not my fault Daodge didnt correctly place the crossmebers for a GM product. What were they thinking? Lol
Exterior: the cab is in remarkable shape. There is rust in the driver door and passenger fender. Otherwise it’s pretty darn good! Tires are great, exhaust is quiet. The service bed is in good shape. It’s a Dodge step side bed with cabinets mounted to the sides. That’s the way they used to build them. I’m sure we can find a buyer for it. I also have a good chrome front bumper that will go with the truck at no cost.
As it sits: $! I do have the original GM bed for it but it will be for more money (I have the original bed sold but want to give the truck buyer first chance to the bed). If you’re Interested, It’s best to call or text 765-277.zero107.

For $1,100 you get the cab, doors, glass, column just as it is currently on the frame. This cab is about as good as they come! I will take $1,000 if I keep the doors. Do not put much value in the doors. They are original GM but they have minor rust and have dents. Please disregard the red mud, it is not rust. 1986 K10 with 53,236 actual miles. We bought the truck off the second owners who of owned it since ‘88.
The interior is the best part of the truck. The seat, door panels, and dash are beautiful! The paint is excellent, and is original. It is a 305/700r4/208 so it runs down the highway great. It drives like a dream. It’s truly a one of a kind truck! The inside of the bed has always had a bed mat, and there’s not hardly a scratch underneath it.

This truck would be a great truck to add to any collection, or cruise in just the way it is.
