Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanics’ notes.
Create detailed and accurate quotes for recommended repairs.
Prioritize repair recommendations by urgency and importance to guide customers effectively.
Build trust and maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring they feel confident in your
recommendations.
Qualifications:
A solid understanding of vehicle mechanics to accurately create repair quotes (training provided
under Shop Manager supervision).
Prior experience in the automotive repair industry is required.
Automotive repair training or certifications are a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
